The web based page planning within the gogol Publishing Cloud enables publishers to produce their product from any web-enabled computer. With the page planning tool supporting simultaneous work, several users are able to work on a product synchronously and thus contribute to the acceleration of the whole production process. Each piece of content that is allocated to a certain issue can be placed easily on the chosen page via drag and drop. Short-term changes in size are realizable fast and efficiently by the selection of various templates. The automated production can be complemented at any time with manually added articles uploaded via PDF. Completely exposable print data (PDF) is generated on a page and issue basis and can be used directly for newspaper press, magazine print or digital print.
